    Most people run Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) for 4 weeks, 20mg a day/20/10/10. Maybe some others on the board can chime in.

    Sounds like a lot of people run research chemicals a little higher than prescription because they are said to be dosed lower. I have no first hand knowledge of this. But many on the board use research chemicals dosed at the 20/20/10/10 range.
