So you are saying the bone structure itself will grow, or that the accessory muscles will grow causing the increased waist size?

Squats and Deads widen the waist???

It could be possible that if you haven't matured (genetical predisposition) yet that squatting and deadlifting could speed up the process. If you are your full size then they will not make them grow. There could be some fluctuation seen, but that is about it.

I second this. If need be go with lighter weight and only increase when your form is better.

    Dumbell Shoulder Press?

Always bring the dumbells all the way down. Bring them up just slightly lower then locking out, but bring them in towards each other as you reach the right height. Don't click the weights together and don't go straight up and lock. I would never advocate for using heavy weight, until you have...

Need help with a bulking diet

Also realize that you will gain some fat. Buy a ton of quality foods and prepare meals in advance. Have protein shakes after working out and slower absorbing protein before bed. Do not buy into this whole dirty bulking vs. clean bulking stuff. There is no such thing as dirty bulking, as common...

    Crock pot goodness.

Crock pot cooking is great for bulk eating. Especially if you buy one of the larger size crockpots. Throw the ingredients in, turn it on, come back 8 hours later and its done. Crockpots automatically shut off if it senses any trouble too, so its safe to be left alone. Lets hear some of your...

    First PH Cycle (M-LMG)

This also looks like a good routine. I am not much for doing upper body all in one day, but I will do it occasionally. I especially like it when I'm just getting back into a good routine.

    First PH Cycle (M-LMG)

As for your first PH cycle. I would hold off. You do have some natural gaining to do before you should consider steroids. Your workout can be better and more catered towards bulking and if you have been using the same workout since high school then there is a problem there too. Your muscles...

    First PH Cycle (M-LMG)

Well to gain strength and size you should be doing no more then 5 reps per set. You should also be going up in weight every set. Add 5 lbs more per set for most body parts, but your core strength excercises at 10 bls more per set. Read this article; Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified...

    Day before preparations?

I am like everyone else on this board who wants to gain muscle and feel good. Lately I have not been able to keep up a good consistancy with workout days. We all miss going to the gym occasionally and keeping up with our normal work outs. Some of us end up missing a week or two,and some a month...

    Spartacus: Gods of the Arena

There is quite a bit of soft core porn. Keeping it to fighting would have only appealed to us though. I'm not a fan of some of the homo stuff in it, but the series as a whole is better then most of the crap on tv today, especially Jersey Shore. Now if 2 of those clowns fought to thier death in...

    Spartacus: Gods of the Arena

The main actor of the series, who plays Spartacus, actually developed non-hodgkin lymphoma during the first series. From what I was told he beat the cancer and before being ready to pick up filming again his cancer came back. They just made the prequel, which the last episode airs this Friday...

    Spartacus: Gods of the Arena

I just started watching this series and I'm impressed. The series does a great job with the fight scenes, and the actors are legit. If you haven't seen the show yet I would recommend it. It is available with any Netflix account. Post your thoughts about the series. It's right up there with 300...
