    Yes, you can even half dose it (1 cap) with your lighter carb meals. I'm currently using Alphamine + Burn24 and loving it.

    Despite the price tag, people still buy, recommend, and love Ultima. That speaks in and of itself. As pointed out, a tub of BO will last 15 days when taken at the full dose. That is on the high end of preworkout products as well.
