Terrible right!! I've been a very long loyal customer of Nutraplanet when it was in Fayetville. Don't know what happened to the staff, but this company has definitely gone in the wrong direction as it relates to customer service. Loving the Andro-300, but I'm definitely losing allot of the product while pumping. After shaking the bottle very well before pumping, allot of the product splashes all over the place from the spray nozzle. I assume it's the result of a clot or something.
