    thanks semper. not really jacked as i am 15 to 16 percent bf. stacking stanodrol w halo just trying to preserve muscle as i am sticking to 2000 - 2300 cals a day usually when i cut i lose a good amount of lbm with the fat. i am just trying to avoid that i am not really looking to gain weight...
