    Ultra hard! On a serious note, it’s an increase for sure. I’m 24 so I’m not deficient in that area, but it’s noticeable. There’s also a mental/feel good effect from it where I don’t let things get to me as much, I have less on my mind, and am more in the mood on average

    I think icon one is a safe bet, but I’m having great results with ultra hard for similar purposes. Only 5 days in and seeing changes. I imagine icon one being a little stronger, but Imo it’s hard to go wrong

    have you tried focus xt with piracetam and/or noopept added? Everyone is different, but that is my favorite stack for effects with very few drawbacks. Brainwash is nice too, a little more subtle for me than focus xt and is enhanced with a little extra caffeine.

    Yeah as valiant mentioned, ND is where it’s at for mushroom extracts. The 8:1 is good for a more targeted effect on cognition, so I stick with that. Haven’t used the whole fruiting body extract in a while, but still got good results with it.
