I have an issue with one of the things you said. I don't think this is the only post of yours where you mentioned the necessity of "being Christ-like". Here's the thing... Jesus, at the least, at the very very least, is the Son of God Himself. And if you are a certain type of Christian, it...

Do you believe in Paul Anderson's supposed 1,200-pound squat?

Thank you. I'll look into it.

Do you believe in Paul Anderson's supposed 1,200-pound squat?

Do you believe in Paul Anderson's supposed 1,200-pound squat? Remember, this was a time when mere creatine didn't even exist. Not even protein powders, I think. And no. He did not use a squat-suit either because such things didn't even exist back then. I'm not sure if steroids were used at...

I love that book. Not only is it profound, it is also well-written.

This is kind of true, considering how God Himself said that no one who sees Him will live. But this is not my expertise so just ignore me. lol

I can answer this... In the garden of Eden, both Adam and Eve PHYSICALLY saw God strolling around. Also, if you believe in the Trinity, virtually everyone who saw Jesus have technically seen God.

lol Prayer is powerful, but I don't think that God would perform a legitimate miracle for such a frivolous purpose. The reason has to be good.

This is unfortunately true. It is my opinion that people should seek God even on good times. But I will say this... It was the reverse in my situation. I became an atheist when I experienced hard times. It made me lose faith in God in those times.

I'm a religious Christian. Unfortunately, I haven't researched enough about my own religion yet. I don't know if a literal hell exists or not. Opinions about hell varies among Christians...

Yes. I'm definitely not ruling out that possibility. The one problem I have with that theory, though, is that it weakens the idea of God being all-powerful. If he is merely an extraterrestrial, it would mean he would be subject to natural, scientific laws. But the God of the Bible is more than...

Less is more VS More is better

What exactly did you try that didn't work? Which training program specifically? Or is it something you created yourself? I agree with you in a way. When training becomes too much, it makes you produce tons of cortisol, which is very bad for overall health. I know this not just by Google, but by...

I'm impressed by your knowledge, to be honest. I don't know what else to say except thanks for sharing. lol Actually, when you mentioned that we can all learn from Jesus's and Buddha's teachings, it reminded me of one particular teaching of Jesus during his sermon on the mount. I have it...

Less is more VS More is better

This is a good answer... I agree with you when you said that "it depends". You know who Ed Coan is, right? I watched a youtube video of him and Mark Bell about powerlifting training. Coan mentioned that when it comes to training, three elements must work in harmony together. These are...

I believe otherwise, to be honest with you... I guess you can say that I am too traditional, and you'd be correct. I believe in the literal 6-day creation of the world. I'm not the kind of liberal Christian who accepts old-earth creationism as truth. I believe, very genuinely, that Jesus is the...
