Well yesterday and today I've noticed significant strength increases that showed up out of thin air. I do not train for strength but decided to chase some numbers....yesterday I was DB curling 60s for 5 when normally I can barely do one set of 50 for 5. Then today I smashed out 135 standing mil...
It's super powers from flex. I'm just about to end week 2 and my strength kinda shot up out of nowhere the past 2 days. I'll post a more in depth update about it later
totally doable on 75. Animal Big On A Budget series has guys like evan centopani and frank mcgrath get groceries for $50 per week. Those articles are crazy detailed and on bodybuilding's website and you can also find them on youtube. Lentils and beans are cheap and will help beef up any meal.

Could somebody describe what "back pumps" are and how they feel? I know they might show up with msten and I understand taurine but I haven't been taking it until I feel the pumps, took this approach to make sure the msten was legit.

post bicepticons and tricepticons today. Honestly I don't even think this is from the msten, still haven't seen any noticeable strength or size increases.
Yeah not back pumps but sick gym pumps and like overall pumped look/feeling all day. Hard to say if it's 100 from the msten or not though because my diet has been a little different. You're on week 4 correct? How long are you going for?
