alright, im gonna chime in again. when i first posted in this section i was on the same page with everyone else, getting annoyed with the "idiots."

thats how it was the first couple days but has become less of an issue. work doesnt help much so i've just got to make sure that i dont over do it. if i was you, i would stop with the bench and shoulder workouts for a while. the only shoulder workouts i've done are rotator cuff workouts with...
if you have access to a pool that would be a hell of a lot more effective and less stress on the joints. treadmill runs or fast paced incline walks are a must.

-when you walk into the weight room and the guys on "your" bench move to another bench.
-when you have to build up motivation to put on a pair of blue jeans
-when on a sick day your wife tells you that "you ate like a normal person today"
well to update, thanks zir for the info, helped a lot with research on how to handle this. thankfully, i've only added some ibuprofen in the a.m. and p.m. the pain has slowly but surely started to go away. my wife has some light dumbells she uses and i've been useing them to do some light...
thats awesome. its much easier to help when you have your diet routine in check. its hard to help somebody lose weight when they havent realized that their eating habbits have to change first...biggest step is accomplished, props to you. now, on to finding you a good routine for shredding up...
yes, it comes more from the back of my shoulder. say if im reaching out right handed and i put pressure from side to side the pain comes more from the back of my shoulder
