How long are you at the gym?
I do mornings and afternoon-4days a week. Mornings are shorter sessions bcuz its just cardio and polymetrics and i cant hang longer than and hour + i have work. Why I think Kre-Alk is some BS
Btw- the kre-alkalyn was only $17.99 for 1 month supply. So i really dont think CM beats KA bcuz of the price which is probly the only edge CM has over KA. not to mention in worse case senario KA is just straight CM. So with all being said KA cannot effect me in anyway.- DaSlixter

tried the walgreens, its banned in CA, has been for like the past 3 years. Do u know if the kind u have is pure alkaloids, or just ephedra HCL or HCl?
