  1. 5 must have supplements for everyday.

right there are some worrisome studies in rats but until this is proven in humans with physiological doses I don't think curcumin will affect hormones significantly.
  2. 5 must have supplements for everyday.

I've taken various curcumin formulations - piperine, Meriva, BCM-95. Currently taking Meriva from Thorne, not sure I'm noticing anything. I thought I noticed something weeks ago but I think it was placebo. I'm sure it is good for those with excessive inflammation as the studies do show this, but...

just want to point something out about coffee and caffeine. coffee has a blunted adrenaline response when compared to caffeine at rest in humans, likely due to the chlorogenic acid found in coffee. Cholorgenic acid antagonizes the adenosine receptor binding of caffeine.
  4. How Much Caffeine Do You Take Daily?

Well for me, with more caffeine comes reduced sleep quality (and of course tolerance). We shouldn't ever really need to rely on caffeine to get through the day. same here... most days, it ends up being a yes. I usually keep it to 16 oz black coffee upon waking (probably around 200 mg) and that is usually it for the day. I should mention I am prone to anxiety and a slow metabolizer of caffeine.

  15. Ashwagandha increases estrogen?

Just came across this study from 2016. Granted, it is in rats and I don't believe has been replicated in humans but it was interesting nonetheless. Effect of Withania somnifera (L.)
