Hit legs yesterday and had a had to force myself to leave. Leg press felt good despite being semi hungover. As the days go by I'm finding it easier to consume less calories yet my energy and gym performance haven't taken too big of a hit.
Also no visible loss of muscle. In fact, my shoulders feel like they've actually grown over the course of a month. Possibly could be all illusion due to less fat and more definition in my deltoids.
Today I introduced Endur3+ into my routine. Since I've been training with little carbs in my system, I figured an EAA drink with included carbs would be a good fit. It seemed to give me the edge that's been missing these last few days

Okay so I've actually went ahead and picked up Endur3+. I didn't even realize this was an EAA product until I looked at the label. What put it over the edge is the inclusion of a carb source. I've been training on am empty stomach so it'll be interesting to see how this stuff treats me.
Quick observation . I do believe the Ecklonia Cava is increasing blood flow as time goes on. I've been having something happen frequently that makes for an awkward situation during my commute to work. Yup. Morning wood. Consistently for the past week or so I've been waking up only to discover...
