    Based on pretty much everything I've ever read, m1a at 40mg for 30 days is gonna get mighty rough. Wicked appetite suppression seems to be a consistent complaint. I've ran msten before up to 40mg for four weeks and was pretty much solid across the board until the last five or six days.
