    I think use Ostarine for some weeks without regular workouts would be good. I have 2 bottles of Ostarine i bought to use if i have to travel for work or for studies and cant hit the gym like i use to do. A mini PCT after do it would be welcome, or then you bridge right into a cycle.

    Tren is not methylathed, so Tren. Adding Epi will enhance liver damage and can make you fell worse sides. Of course, some guys still stacking 2 methyls without problems, but i prefer "safe than sorry" style.

    I simply dont like oral 11-oxo, in small doses its does not seem to work for me, in elevated doses it gives me terrible lethargy and blood pressure spikes. I hope transdermal 11-KT would be better. On the other hand, epiandro always is ok for me, 600mg oral are enough to give me libido boost...

    Try to get your BF down to less than 15% before use any prohormone or steroid to help you. Having 20% or more you will get worse sides and probably less lean body mass gains.

    I always use to do 1 or 2 months of cutting with no cardio but good calorie deficit (starting at 500, ending at 1000 cal deficit) before any cycle. I think my body responds better to the gear after a cutting. My experience says with lower % body fat the chances to have blood pressure elevated...

    Epiandro oral bioaviability is very poor. A transdermal would be a better choice.

    Why not start to treat SARMs as we treat PHs? I think we can even stack Ostarine and LGD but we need to treat the whole cycle as an regular anabolic cycle. So we need some kind of liver protection, some kind of blood pressure prevention, the exactly same protectors we use to run alongside PHs...

    Freeze PH wont get umidity to the bottle and dissolve capsules? Is it secure at all? Im thinking about it too. I have things enough for more than 10 cycles, but most expire in 2016.
