Yeah..I'm talking a student at school 12 hours a day and tries to find a way to fit in 3 100o cal shakes. Not an adult or college student. I've done shows and owned a gym for over a decade. I know a little bit.
Ehhh..just have a friend that needs to add some size for athletic purposes.. hard gainer that eats a lot and trains, but every bit helps.

Thanks. The blood work I saw varied a lot. A few guys had total t levels increased a few hundred points which I wouldn't expect much but a few had 1000 point increases putting them in the 1200-1500 range.
I'm not as knowledgeable as some of the guys on here but with some of the numbers I've seen posted I expected to see some physical benefits similar to this. Could be reddit where I keep seeing people say T levels of 1500 or so won't make difference in strength or body comp because of X, Y and Z...
I haven't changed a thing with my diet but it definitely has a nice leaning out effect with no sides. I'm also on TRT but I've noticed an improvement on my midsection and the ever popular bicep vein.
