    I was actually pretty surprised with vanillean. Its a solid product that does crank up the heat but you have to take it on a true empty stomach. Or at least that's how it worked for me.

    I truly love this stuff. When I switched from the old alpha t2 to the new version I kept my recomp calories and workout the same and I started to lose a lot of weight. Idk why oleur. hasnt been marketed sooner

    Reps for info... Dumb question (maybe???) With this new ingredient profile could you hypothetically run 8 weeks of the previous AT2 formula and then run the new formula for 4 weeks or is time off still recommended between them?
