Just picked up some x-factor, L-Car, and GMS. While reading up on it people mentioned having more DOMS but also recovering quicker from workouts.
Any thoughts on training more often while taking it (also 30g bcaas postworkout)? Currently doing DC training and was sticking with every other day...
Thought I'd bring this thread back from the dead to share my results. Finally got my MRI, the full one with the injection.
Nothing showed up for the front of my shoulder where I felt this. I only still have distal clavicle/ac joint inflammation. That seems to be the root of all this. It's odd...
so your saying over the last 20+ years that obesity rates sky rocketing are all due to genetics? There are all these people saying they have thyroid problems when stats show only 5-10% of the population have them but 30%+ are obese and what is it now? 50-60% are overweight?

I'll check with the doctors, see if I can bypass kaisers 3 minimum visits before...
Everytime I do an overhead press, dumbell or barbell, I always get a feeling in my left shoulder like it's fatigued or has an acid build up. Not quite sure what's causing it. I have inflammation of the distal clavicle but this feeling isn't that high up. It's more towards the front of the...
This article make it sound like u can go on ur cut and still gain muscle. Wouldn't it be more accurate to say bcaas help u retain muscle while on a cut due to its anticatabolic properties?
