    A SERM is safe, tried and tested. It makes it easier to keep your gains and it's cheap. If you really wanna go wild run some DAA all way through pct and Erase from week 2 of pct.

    You can can always carry on with DAA longer than four weeks but the SERM stick to four weeks

    On the first day of pct do a 60mg to kick start everything but carry on with 20 for the rest of the first week.

    E pharm testforce do a chelate DAA which helps with absorption and less people suffer from the runs using it but it is more expensive.

    I personally would take 60 mg of Nolvadex on the first day of pct and carry on back down to 20mg for the rest of that pct week. This would help kick start the pct phase
