    Epi needs to set at a minimum dose of 30 . At 20 it does pretty much nothing. Epi takes at least 3 weeks to properly kick in, 6 weeks is a better run for EPI.

    Yea I wouldn't bother with hcg, you don't need it. An AI like formeron is well worth adding in along side nolva. I use two pumps on cycle and carry on using it through pct. Do some research on test boosters there's lots of good options out there

    I get really emotional and get anxiety when using clomid. I use nolva for my pct, I dose it 20/20/10/10 and normally throw in some DAA.

    I gained an extra 1lb of muscle and lean out a little bit more. I was doing a lean bulk. The pct went smooth. I used Formeron, DAA and Nolva for pct.

    Yep 8 weeks. I evaluated the sides at 6 weeks and went an extra 2 weeks.

    I've done 8 weeks on halo before, with no problems. Just make sure sides like BP are all in check before hand.

    EPI OR HAVOC is good for assisting with a cut. I would try and cut down to 14-16% bf on your own first. Then use an epi cycle to cut down further.

    The clomid and dda would enough for pct with a mild cycle like hdrol. IMO you are wasting your money on the other things

    Nolva on a 20/20/10/10. With a dda test booster this would be a great pct plan for your cycle and will ensure a great recovery.

    If you are gong to use nolva you need to following the correct dosage protocol of 20/20/10/10. Or use an OTC pct such as reboot or a 6 bromo based AI and then use a dda based test booster. For OTC pct I would run a 6 week pct. using the last two weeks to tapper you AI down, use the test booster...

    If you really want to you could use a dda test booster. But this isn't essential due to epi being mild

    For pct on epi I would use nolva for four weeks 20/20/10/10. If you have any problems on cycle which is highly unlikely you could use Formeron AI or as a last result 10 mg of nolva.
