I agree. Plus it's a great workout. Relieves stress. And just the overall MMA community is pretty awesome. Plus some people can't risk potential injuries with their chosen profession.
I'm looking for a good 1 week detox. I'm never impressed with the 1 day drinks like Qcarb. Has anyone tried "the cleaner" ?
I tried raw seriously puked from 3rd step... That's the first time ever the taste/smell of something has made me gag... That says a lot.

I agree. There are many MMA fighters who are more focused on jiujitsu and don't have a Good stand-up game.
Even tho I have a stronger background in Muay Thai when I have sparred with a boxer to work on my striking they def gave me a run for my money.
I do all of the above when doing chest workouts so I cover all areas of my pectoral muscles. If not I can feel how simply the top for example feels sore.
My assumption as to why one experiences shoulder pain with some positions rather than others has to do with position of ball in socket joint...
Def not old. Heck many pro fighters UFC and Strikeforce fighters started fighting in early 20s. You haven't even reached ur prime.
If you want to fight MMA but have hesitation about fights... Then don't do fights. Can always just spar. Or check out pankration. No hits to head
Crossfit workouts are probably the only weight exercises u'll need. It is high interval/explosive workouts. Great for strength and cardio.
Pyramid high kicks.
Ok do this 3 times (at LEAST) at one minute intervals. 30 second rests. 10 second in and outs with heavy bag. 10 second explosive...
