Yes, I have noticed the sleep enhancing effect. Interestingly enough, for me I barely ever remember my dreams unless I take zma. Then I remember them almost every night. Does this suggest a deficiency in something?
Anybody know if there is some legit science backing up any of the claims for zma? (or even some quality anecdotal feedback) I remember reading a couple clinical studies but it was just that....a couple. And one was sponsored by SNAC systems, who originally trademarked the ZMA formula.
