    Most I've done is 5 miles with 1:40ish, when I tried it a couple years ago, I am aiming for a finish in my lifetime, time is not important only to get better at that, can't imagine 24 miles, but that's what I'm working towards.

    This is one of my big goals by March of next year, running 10 miles, never have ran a marathon before. I have done 5 miles in an hour 50 before, that's all I can muster. But would like a bigger challenge by finishing a marathon.

    Yeah I always find it odd supp companies narrow it down to fruit punch, watermelon and blue raspberry etc and don't branch out and do pineapples, mangos and other fruits. Specially since fruit punch and watermelon while popular, can be hit or miss.... tropical always seems to hit the spot...

    yeah Axe has a great scent to it, but if I'm trying to wash impurities out most effectively I'll go with Dial 10/10 not a big fan of liquid soaps, I think bars have higher concentration of whatever it's in them. Nonetheless, nice to see it has (or had ) andros-t on it ... reps to anybody...

    That's interesting to say the least. total calories imho very important, and to lose weight I'd say you got this query correct... that's something that needs to be studied too but needless to say, how frequent you take protes with your total calories .. a combo of both right in the middle.
