    he does it as a precaution in case of accidentally failing to wash everything off; doesnt want polysorbate or whatever in his eyes. pretty impressive if there is significant amounts of quercetin in this, as i could never get that through my skin

    good data here on how skipping pct has worked out so far. anybody on here know how long it can take before problems are noticeable? I was speculating the bottle only stated to avoid hand use in order to prevent any being washed off/wasted afterwards.
