Looking for strength mostly. I cut down to 184 around 10%bf since summer. Train at 6am and lethargy is a concern. I was thinking halo for a first run but triumph sounds pretty interesting.
Has your cardio changed at all?
Interesting point. I've nearly finished a bottle of EP1C and have noticed the opposite. Increased endurance, making steady progress past some plateaus but I haven't been sore in weeks. I do olympic lifting and crossfit which usually has me sore as hell every week with same staple supps and diet...
Yeah I read all the write ups and I like LG as a company. Rearranging the ingredients is one thing. Who knows if the extracts or raws changed. Just looking for feedback to compare to mine.
I have a few bottles left I might trade. Anyone running interesting stacks with it??
BUMP new experience updates on natadrol v2?
IME I got more strength gains on the old...I feel like the new version gives me increased aggression and nutrient partitioning, but not so much on the strength side.

Going to experiment mixing Tryx with some...

Can't post pics yet but just received 8 bottles of F-95 from the analyzed army sale!
Saw recomp effects running 100mg for 4 weeks...can't wait to see what 100mg for 12 weeks will bring :)

Oats shouldn't do that to you unless you are talking about some processed and flavored oatmeal packets. I am gluten intolerant as well.
Here are my carb sources:
Oats
Rice (white, brown, basmati)
Quinoa
Sweet potatoes
Red potatoes
Beans (black, kidney, baked, etc.)
Corn tortillas
