    I don't know of its just me, but about 5-10 minutes after taking one cap I get serious, burning heartburn/indigestion.     Don't have any info other than personal experience, but I was on accutane in HS and its strong stuff, personally I'd just wait and not risk it.

    Just got a tub of this, maybe I just need to try out different mixes but when mixed per label with water, this stuff wasn't very good. Guess ill try milk. On the other hand I also got in some IForce vanilla mint swirl... Omg it's amazingly good!

    How many rounds you have thru it? I'm sitting somewhere around 5k, may or may not have something to do with it. It's still a very fun gun and I still shoot it, I just don't trust it to carry it. That's what my Glocks are for.

    Surprised to see one of those mentioned. I have one in .40 cal, first pistol I ever bought and I was a broke college kid. It's a nice pistol and feels great but I've had just enough issues not to carry it.

    What about powder form multi-vitamin and mineral supplements? I used a bogo at vitamin shoppe And picked up two of their brand powder, slightly less yellow so I'd assume better absorption, am I correct?
