R1...simple, you weren't eating too much of an excess. Doesn't matter who you are, if youre eating too big of a caloric excess you will gain fat no matter what food you eat.
Good stuff man, look good overall but need more hams n glutes. Do not cut water unless you wanna be flat, get headaches, and get cramps. Looking hard an grainy is from LOW BODYFAT. So diet til you have striated glutes, easy. Lol
For breakfast you should be having a large carb protein meal. In general you just need to eat more, while trying to eat quality food. If you're having trouble consuming more, gainer shakes can help as well as fruits (low stomach space, high calories)
Yeah he is real good...classic posing style. I'm lookin at a couple NANBF shows an Nga show and a couple INBA shows. Not sure exactly yet. First should be around June
Agreed Teddy....if your strength is slowly increasing and your weight is slowly rising, you should be alright. .5-1 lb a week should be ok. Incorporating some hiit cardio a couple times a week should help keep fat off as well while reducing wasting too many calories on cardio.
Fasted cardio is horrible if you're trying to maintain any amount of muscle. Your body is starved and has no carbs to burn so it catabolizes muscle. I guess if you're not worried about that then go for it (I will never do it nor recommend it). Also, an eating window makes no sense...especially...
I feel exactly the same way Austrian oak! Just didn't wanna flame either lol. But I am hoping for a pro card next year and it would be really frustrating to lose that due to someone cheating. Respect to both of you
Just a note R1balla...you can definitely get fat on clean food. If you're eating too much excess calories you'll start gaining fat no matter what you're eating. Best way is to track your calories and macros adjusting as needed...if you stay in a slight excess, like 500 cals, you shouldn't gain...
Doesn't really matter what bf% you are...it's all looks. Just diet slowly til you've got striated glutes and you know you're ready lol. You'll probably wanna be in the 7-8% range at the most, preferably closer to 2-3 if you can get that low. Don't get obsessed with bodyfat numbers tho
Yeah as long as it's accounted for in macros it's ok, I just dislike all the processing and junk stuff they put in something like salami...it's not just animal fat lol. There's a difference between a steak and salami (which I'd hardly consider to be meat). As you said, to each their own ;)
