    Bmp caused not so much bloating but increased water retention for sure. Brite I can only dose once per day before bloating, gas, diarrhea and very soft stools become too much. The million wipe dumps were very annoying, a shower probably would have been more efficient haha

    1/2 tab Benadryl (or generic) + 1 dopadex creates the best sleep 4-6 hours feels like 8+ to me I also take 1-2 scoops of either Alphamine or Focus Xt to get me going in the morning as well

    I love Norco mood is great with it. I like to toss in some extra amento caps when I really need to boost. Alphamine + a cap or two of amentomax is great Focus XT seems to help with mood if taken for a while, I don't notice immediate effects but after a week or so my mood is greatly lifted
