how much zinc is still OK?
Im sure there are other factors like what form of Zinc, bioavailability etc. Also if planning on dosing long-term (then maybe 50mg is fine) or short-term "superloading" 100mg for 2-4 weeks. Im no expert in this area whatsoever but if going higher than rec., dose do more research on what other...- DonnieM

That sounds reasonable. Maybe I respond better next time I try LGD, with a different diet and training approach. Now I recall that I just quit creatine in the beginning of cycle, maybe I lost a few pound of water weight when at the same time gaining from the LGD? Because strength was up. Also... -

Dehydration with Ostarine
Drink a lot. You could allways bump down Osta to like 15-20 and extend your cycle length and see if "sides" subside. -
Arimidex alternative?
Get the Adex if it's cheaper. I believe it's more common in Europe to use Adex but Aromasin is becoming more popular. For me Aromasin is double price almost. Letro is mostly recommended if gyno occurs rather than keeping estro down. -
