Keep it simple... pick a handful of auxillary exercises and stick with the big 7.
Keep the same grip and stance on all exercises and stick with them... the only thing you should think about is adding weight to the bar... that should be your guage regardless of your goal.
Why not do dips on a pullup bar? Or as i call them... prison dips.
Assuming you can get up there you can't use much added weight but you can do them with your back facing the bar and really get your ass kicked.
Yeah your program could consist of zumba and men's fitness workouts and you will lean out if your nutrition is in check.
As far as programs go for leaning out my top picks would be lean gains and any strength biased crossfit program.
Machines are a scam perpetrated by corporations that force commercial gyms to buy a different 2 thousand dollar machine for every individual muscle when all they really need is a 300 dollar texas power bar and some weights.
With that being said there are some pieces of "equipment" out there...
Caffeine 3 times a day or e-drine?
I'm not sure what the negatives are and i don't want to find out what happens when i pump my body full of enough stimulants tol keep a crack addict content.
First problem is you're taking way too much.
50Mg of e and 200mg of c once a day is plenty. You could add more caffeine but i would never go above 50mg of e.
Muscle confusion is a myth.
Strength training and bodybuilding are all about consistency. If you constantly change programs, as soon as your body begins to supercompensate and get bigger and stronger you'll be putting yourself right back at square one.
The CNS is amazing but after doing heavy met cons day in and day out i don't think my CNS could take much more, let alone deadlift. I can squat heavy till the cows come home (thank you Bulgarian training) but DLing is another story.
