    Can i ask for your info on your thyroid? just for my own benefit. How far was it "off" numbers wise, where did the medication take it to, and what improvement in symptoms did you see. Do you attribute this partly from getting out of 200 range to 400s?

    I dont know man, the reccomendations seem solid and comprehensive, if you follow the program for 4 months an improve all the markers, you'll either feel better or you wont, but at least then wouldnt you be ruling out the nutritional side? how much did it all cost you?
