My thought on the MK677 was that if I continue to run it straight through... Then switch to MassGH keeping the Mk dose at 20mg w/ LGD at 8mg I may not see the same bloat since the general consensus seams to be that the bloat only occurs in the first few weeks, which was back in Oct-Nov for me...- HardB0iled

I did 50 TD (split 25am/25pm) and 50 Oral PWO. 100 TD on non workout days. yates84 do you think it's better to just run TD at 100 with no oral pwo? Would I be pushing it if I ran 100 TD and threw in 25 oral pwo? I didn't have any issues with gyno. I guess I'm just not prone (knocking on wood).- HardB0iled

Ephedra dosage
mg to mg primatene is actually a bit stronger but comes in 12.5 mg tabs (vs 25 mg) making it easier to low dose. Cost wise, Bronkaid is cheaper. Since I pop 50 mg pwo, one box will last a month+.- HardB0iled
