    I prefer taking it at Lunch and eating 30-45 minutes later. I also drink a fiber drink at supper but I didn’t change that from my routine except for when I forget which has been a couple times. I think that fiber really amplifies the fullness feeling when paired with it more so than without it...

    I haven’t taken it first thing in the morning. I don’t eat until about 12:45. On the bottle it says first thing in the morning. I have been taking it around 12:15. Been dosing epitome in the morning, exemplar at noon and epitome in the evening.

    Viconor has been recommended on Reddit for an Amazon brand. Also Looking at the Hooga Pro300. I may order the Viconor cap hair growth for my wife and I put on the foot cover for my foot as the only gift in my family secret Santa gift…haha My wife wanted a Lumebox but that’s too expensive.

    I went down a rabbit hole on this the other night because my wife wants one. I am planning on getting one and if it works, plan on getting a sauna type one. A few of our friends have the top notch red light sauna and they absolutely love it.
