Recomping in style with IML 4-Andro
Day 2: Dosed 1 cap of 4 andro with breakfast (1 egg 1 cup whites w/ 2/3 cup oats) and hit shoulders this morning. Went heavy on dumbell presses, but got stuck at the 115 lb dumbells on military press. Really trying to put the 120's up for reps but can't seem to break that plateau yet...- chuck box

I was able to receive 2 sample packs of Hercules as part of the promo. Used them for two consecutive workouts (back and shoulders). Overall I would say it was a decent pre workout. Came back to the gym after a bit of some time off.. Had vacation time available so went out of town over the weekend and got some much needed time off. Kept the diet fairly clean but had a "cheat meal" each night. Only real exercise was just active rest (did a hike, walking, etc.) so nothing too...- chuck box
