    Overall it’s smoother than re1gn. Much smoother. The new MAOI we added has been used in studies with some great data. The goal was euphoric type of energy not the overly stimmed out energy. re1gn was packed with stims . Maybe too many for the average user but this one is dialed right.

    it’s definitely increased but like others said in the good way because I was cutting so refeed days have definitely given a recomp effect. I’d only imagine on a caloric surplus it’d be having even greater benefit
