    This has been my first experience with them.... at least you've received your products in the past. I'm normally a very patient person, but waiting a month for an order that has no sign of even making its way to its destination is unreasonable at best.

    I received a tracking number a month ago, which never made it to the shipper and has been sitting at "enroute to processing facility" the entire time. Which according to the shipping company means that the label was created, but never received at their end. Which resulted in a reship last week...

    So, order was apparently reshipped a week ago using the same tracking number? Doesn't make sense to me, should have created a new label with new tracking number... which should have been updated mid week, gave it the full week and weekend with no update... Volvo I'm lost brother, and getting...

    So strange. I'm up in Canada and it eventually made it through Canadian customs. 5 tubs with some high volume pre as well. It was returned to sender once and they resent it with no problem. Customer service was great to deal with.

    Still enroute to processing facility. Carrier pigeons must have flown the wrong direction. Email responses with nutriverse have been great and if no update this week they will resend the package. How was your experience Hockeyaus33 ?
