anything better than jack3d?
N.O. Ignite by Finaflex is better IMO. It has the same basic ingredients as jack3d but it uses Ethyl Ester instead of monohydrate and also has Theophylline which relaxes and opens your air way making it easier to breath during those intense workouts.- SoCalMuscle

Best Protein other than ON whey?
Iso-100 by dymatize is better IMO. Cheaper, taste better, and zero fat/carbs.- SoCalMuscle
