I liked it a lot. Leaned out like crazy, while being able to enjoy more foods that I typically didn't include. It takes a short time to get used to (as in the hunger in the morning) but once you do, it's a breeze. Although I started to lose muscle and strength so I stopped doing IF.
I actually quit talking glucosamine supplements years ago after reading about the negative effects it has on insulin sensitivity. I do feel that it was effective for helping with joint pain and wander if the insulin sensitivity thing is way overblown. Does anyone know the severity of its effects...

I've been taking rhodiola in the morning lately and have noticed a marked stress and anxiety reduction. I'm loving the effects of rhodiola. Just wandering if it needs to be cycled or can it be taken as a staple? Also anything good to stack with it for a mood and productivity effect?
I keep intensity up. The only thing I was thinking was german volume training, but I usually tack on so many extra things I end up being in over an hour.
Lately my schedule has become very hectic. Usually spend about 90 or more minutes working out but need to find something faster. Any of you had success with a 30-45 minute workout? If so what was it where can I find a link to it?
