    Ya so many threads popping up. One of my biggest reasons for working with them to begin with is John, so I am glad he did testing and posted the results for all to see along with the letter as the lab results are on his facebook page currently posted with that letter I had quoted.

    It's a good pre workout I like it, unsure what your paying for it but it is a good pre workout my favorite flavor for it is black lemonade. They had also released Dust Extreme which has 1,3 and is stronger and I like that as well ( Pineapple Mango ).
