Must also note when he was takin the measurements he said how I am very lean in my chest and legs and of course hold most of my bf in my stomach area. Chest was 43-45. Stomach 41. Hips 37... ill try to grab leg and arm before I start... adding in some sweet potatos wil my rice to up carbs too

not sure where your from but if your going to continue to use a shirt find a crew to work with... you miss the groove or dump.... your screwed big time.... i use to pl and never would i shirted bench solo.... maybe in a rack with the pins set so it wouldnt crush me but i could still touch n press
well ive ran 5-6 cycles in the past hdrol twice the sustanon 250( i guess that was the name i was young n dumb and didnt know what i was taking/ damn near no pct got luck with the little sides i had after the fact- thats why i wonder what the dosage per pill was back than strenght was awesome...
