    Fat fear

That is why some nutrition coaches do not believe in the reverse diet. You gotta be ok with gaining fat during a bulk especially if you are natty if you want to build muscle. Reverse dieting can cause people to never stick with a bulk and never add a good amount of muscle. I don't mind cardio I...

Working legs overrated? For some people they could be correct?

Well yes when you have 300 pound linebackers trying to kill you, you better be able to run right through them. Plus stronger your lower body is the longer your career in my opinion. If you watch old highlights of Walter Payton that guy was amazing. His workouts were legendary.

Everyone has their opinion on the matter. Some top nutrition coaches say reverse dieting is not the best way to go when you start bulking. Check it out here............. Invalid Link Removed

Going Keto is making a deal with the devil. Yes or no?

Plenty of people out there who end up gaining weight more quickly from carbs than they were before they started the Keto diet, when they go back to eating the same amount of carbs they did before they started dieting. That right there to me pretty much shows that a low carb/keto diet has ****ed...

The lack of interest in pro bodybuilding is very poor. Your opinions?

Lets start with two brand new Olympia winners. One in Men's physique and the other in Open Bodybuilding. Not one was talked about in any of the major media outlets such as ESPN or FOX SPORTS. Not one! Then on top of it we have Jeremy Buendia announcing his retirement and Phil Heath's wife...

Going Keto is making a deal with the devil. Yes or no?

Carbs raise glucose levels. It is proven that keto diets do in fact cause glucose intolerance which is caused by a lower tolerance to carbohydrates. Did you read the article I posted from the same source as you had?

Going Keto is making a deal with the devil. Yes or no?

I can debate with you on this also...…… Long-term ketogenic diet causes glucose intolerance and reduced β- and α-cell mass but no weight loss in mice. Ellenbroek JH1, van Dijck L, Töns HA, Rabelink TJ, Carlotti F, Ballieux BE, de Koning EJ. High-fat, low-carbohydrate ketogenic diets (KD) are...

Going Keto is making a deal with the devil. Yes or no?

I see what you are saying but answer me this..........How come people go on diets like Atkins or Keto, once they re-introduce just a minimal amount of carbs they end up blowing up. There's plenty of people out there who eat no carbs and then decide to have pizza or pasta and they end up gaining...

    Fat fear

In my opinion you've already lost the game if you are worried about losing your abs during a bulk brother. Do you cut easily? If so eat and grow. Worry about seeing your abs when you start cutting again. Do you want to get super fat? **** no, but last thing you should be concerned about is how...

Going Keto is making a deal with the devil. Yes or no?

Its a proven fact your body loses tolerance to carbs the less you eat them. So the longer you go on an extremely low carb diet or with no carbs (True Keto) once you add a normal amount of carbs back into your diet you will more than likely blow up and gain lots of weight very fast. If that...

Working legs overrated? For some people they could be correct?

Phil honestly works out with machines over free weights? Wow that is surprising to hear. Pretty cool to know considering most people think machines can't be as good compared to free weights. Well that pretty much proves them wrong. Didn't Dorian Yates switch to Machine's as well for his training?

Whats next for Hany Rambod? Buendia and Heath both lost for first time in years.

Yes that would be a good choice. Hany pretty much became as popular and well known as he is because he trained and could market Buendia. Now that their time is over I think he'll take a step back and pretty much have a low profile when it comes to marketing himself. He doesn't really need to be...

Going Keto is making a deal with the devil. Yes or no?

Correct and exactly my point. The body loses tolerance to carbs when a person goes on Keto and it can become very dangerous for some. Gaining lots of weight in a short period of time is extremely hard on the body! I don't think its that healthy to do a Keto Diet unless you are in the last month...

Whats next for Hany Rambod? Buendia and Heath both lost for first time in years.

Hany Rambod "The Pro Creator" has now had his top two athletes fail in bringing home Olympia titles. This is the first time in 12 years he has not had an Olympia Champion. So what is next for the pro creator now that Buendia is retiring and from what I have heard Phil may as well? Who will Hany...

Going Keto is making a deal with the devil. Yes or no?

So lets take a guy or girl who chooses to go Keto. They adopt this lifestyle change and the longer they are on it, they lose fat and look their best. But at the same time their body loses tolerance to carbs and if they are on this diet long enough, their body will never accept carbs again...

Working legs overrated? For some people they could be correct?

Yeah that is true. He posted some awesome progress pics about a week out and looked better in my opinion than at the same point last year when he won the Olympia. Oh well just wasn't his year and he's a 4 x Champion so he has nothing to be ashamed about. To finish top 5 in an off year is still...

Working legs overrated? For some people they could be correct?

He looked really soft compared to other years in the video of his posing routine. Maybe it was that he only prepped for 8 weeks and had to take extra gear which ended up causing this? What is your opinion? I know he isn't stupid enough to eat like **** the day before so that can't be it.

What Pre workout sets the standard on the market right now?

Currently using Total War by Redcon1. Its pretty decent but I'm looking to try out some other ones. Any pre's you guys recommend? I have a pretty decent stim tolerance so I'm not sensitive to caffeine when it comes to stims. Would like something that has a nice punch to it but also provides me...

The confusion of the internet! I was putting it in caps so others understand who read this thread. Not directed at you in anyway man! LOL BTW Buendia probably had the best legs of all the guys at the OLYMPIA this year and placed 4th. Invalid Link Removed

Working legs overrated? For some people they could be correct?

Of course you need a nice chest, but IT DOES NOT TAKE PRIORITY OVER OTHER MUSCLE GROUPS THAT ARE JUDGED WITH POINTS. JUST LIKE LEGS, you want to be balanced but those are not going to have any influence on how many points you receive. MP guys don't have to build massive legs to win shows...
