Nothing wrong with it- but some girls interpret the word "curvy" for "fat". The shape of my body has slightly changed because I now have shoulder and yes tits not as big because when a female looses fat it comes off from her breasts too.
I use to be curvy- big tits, tiny waist, and hips to do the cha cha with. It took me ages to get rid of that look. I kinda consider curvy as a nice way of saying you're a bit fat. The only thing that worried me now is, do I look like a lazy fat person when I'm trying to bulk.
Here's some info from an old post: The first study I found came from the US National Libary of Medicine. The Oxford Vegeterian Study was completed in the UK with subjects recruited between 1980-1984. Although this is a fairly dated study it is still worth looking at as it takes various...
I quit most forms of animal protein (still eat seafood) and dairy about three months ago. I'm lactose intolerant and it seemed to be getting worse. I noticed a massive difference- a positive one. I train twice, sometime 3 times a day for my sport and was struggling with energy and recovery...
Ha! As they're doing it to cut cost I would probably think the horse meat is coming from some old mule slaughtered in a knackery that's prob meant for pet food.
Wow so sad this organisation is opposing the ban. 35% of Americans are obese. If trends continue that number will grow to 44% by 2030 (mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSBRE88H0RA20120918?irpc=932). Nanny state or not, fat cat corporates and industries need to be reeled in and they can't go on...

I found a few studies that are relevant. I have avoided sites or studies that are bias or have an agenda (a study funded by the meat industry promoting health benefits of high protein diets are just as dubious as a vegan-pro study funded by PETA). And apologies for not being able to provide the...
Yeah I should have been specific. I train six times a week (sports and weights) sometimes two training sessions a day. When I was doing paleo- I felt starved, body fat was going up (ableit slowly) and very low energy. Then I researched Paleo for athletes, which allowed for some grains. This was...
I've tried Paleo and other diets but so far the one that is working best for me is vegan. I do think people need to experiment a little and find what is best for them.
I watched the video too and totally agree ^^. Part of the problem I think is that there are now more obese people and so what weight seems 'normal' is consistently growing. Couldn't believe we are in the the middle of a national crisis and these kids are crying about wanting more pizza.
Up your cals so you don't wake up hungry in the nite. Or prepare something healthy b4 going to bed so you're not waking up and reaching for the easiest thing to munch on.
