How long can you use Arimistane?
Depends on your goals. If you're trying to build size and mass, then don't use an AI. Estrogen will help to build size and mass. If you're looking to stay dry and lean (and presumably using 4-andro as a test base) then an AI would make sense to keep estrogen low and thus prevent water retention... -

Well lethargy is a common side effect with 1-andro. I've experienced it by running a cycle where I didn't start the 4-andro until beginning of week 3. But I within 2-3 days the lethargy was kicked. My suggestion would be to up the 4-andro by max 100mg, or throw in Epiandro at 600-800mg every... -

I'm about to start 6 weeks of epi at 30mg ED (maybe 45 for weeks 5 and 6) and run 4-andro as a base at 220-330mg ED. Test would be better but I think 4-andro should suffice as a low/moderate test base. I'll post a log. -

I ran 330 1-andro, 330 4-andro and 700 Epiandro for 8 weeks with no sides. (6'2", 220lbs, 25 yo). I've also done 330/330 1/4andro with no sides. Sure it's not just mental?- csline

What is the dosage of 1-andro and 4-andro? A 1:1 ratio wouldn't result in much to any lethargy IMO. Epiandro would help as well though. And 4 days is NOT long enough to have those effects come in.
