    Anabeta Elite recomp suggestions

again, dont want to use all the test boosting bc of acne for the summer. Or else I would go right back to DAA,AX,Tri. Thanks though Anabeta Elite is a done deal, gets to my house today just asking for experiences (like acne) and critics on my current routine. Not looking to change my entire...

    Anabeta Elite recomp suggestions

So I've been basically slowly turning a cut into a recomp for the last 4 months. I started off losing 1lb per week until I got down to 10-11% from the 13.5% I was at. As of 2 months ago I've been eating barely under maint and dropped about a 2lbs (.25lbs a week) with all my lifts going up...

Do I take too many Vitamins? If so, which one's should I drop?

Only question is.... Does the cost and trouble out weight the gains, and health benefits? If you don't know, then I say yes.

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

I have to say that I remember dreaming a lot last night but feel very refreshed after resting just 7 hrs. Came close to vomit-world after yesterdays brutal workout too. There is definitely a correlation between the stages of sleep and types of re-cooperation your body undergoes. I would think...

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

Yea, I see where you're coming from. I guess he may have thought he was entering REM in that 5 min. I would like to run a sleep log the next time I run a cycle that changes my sleep patterns. Just wish I didn't get so much acne from these runs or I'd be more willing. Summer is for looking...

Anabeta and hunger while on IF

Do IF and a hunger increasing product like Anabeta really mix well? I wouldn't think they go hand in hand. Just curious. What are your goals?

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

Um... Not really sure how to answer, I don't know. When your body needs more SWS... I would assume it utilizes that form of sleep and the only thing that would hold it back are unnatural influences on your sleeping patterns. Really starting to disagree with supps that give you wild dreams...

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

Maybe not REM per say... but dreaming is certainly possible during that 5 min snooze. You don't have to go into REM to dream. Sometimes when I'm really tired in my chair and I start to fall alseep for 30 secs or so I will begin to dream. Entire sleep cycle not required.

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

Generally you will have 90 minute intervals of complete cycles. I think some people just have longer periods of REM at the end of each cycle and shorter deep stages. REM is mostly dominant towards awakening it seems. I think thats why people remember dreams right when they wake up as if they...

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

I came to this conclusion during my first run of DAA/ Triazole/ Activate X... I could not sleep well and what sleep I did get was filled with crazy dreams. After hearing all these people rant and rave about crazy dreams and deep sleep i wanted to figure out if that was really a sign of deep...

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

I just always thought it was odd. On a related topic... had crazy dreams all last night that I can remember pretty well... and I'm dead tired today like I didn't sleep well. Probably from the long, awesome weekend I had though.

Sleeping like an oxymoron on supps...

I've always found it sort of odd that people rave about knowing they got deeper sleep because they had more vivid dreams. In actuality, as sleep becomes deeper, dreams become harder and harder to recall. Having vivid or crazy dreams all night is a sign of increased or more frequent REM stages...
