  1. Struggling with low T for years, finally going to fix it

Invalid Link Removed hCG mimics three hormones. LH, FSH, and TSH.
  2. Struggling with low T for years, finally going to fix it

Those Pro-hormones are a big question mark, who knows what affect they may have. I would try low dose CLOMID first, to see if your HPTA will make LH and FSH. If CLOMID increases LH, then we see how much your TT increases. (and your E2 and SHBG) If CLOMID does NOT work, I would try low dose...
  3. Struggling with low T for years, finally going to fix it

Yes, it seems so. I would have Preg, DHEAs, checked. Then maybe try CLOMID (low dosages) to see how much you LH you can stimulate. Depending on the CLOMID results, then consider hCG( low dosage amounts).
  4. Struggling with low T for years, finally going to fix it

Do or have you used: AAS ? OPIATES ? Alcohol use ? or Head Injury ? Soy or Ginseng ? What's Your DIET like ? How much stress do you have? Sleeping well? DHEAs blood test would be helpful. Your lab numbers look like secondary hypogonadism.
  5. Wtf is going on...

    SHBG???
  6. Bloodwork Interpretation

IMO it looks like the HP portion of your HPTA is not working. So I will list possible causes. AAS OPIATES Head Injury Pituitary adenoma (blood test Prolactin) hypothyroidism (blood test TT4, FT4, TT3, FT3, TSH) phytoestrogens excessive exercise starvation stress (high cortisol , 4 interval spit...
  7. Bloodwork Interpretation

WOW..you are not making Testosterone and your LH says that your system is not trying, and it is not being suppressed by E2. What is your diet like (soy?, Ginseng?), Pharmeuticals? opiates? Stress? Sleep? I would like to see your Thyroid labs (TT4, FT4, TT3, FT3, TSH). Then your other...
  8. TEST CYP and BLOAT

OP have you tested your vitamin D3 levels(storage and active). Invalid Link Removed This worked for me.
  9. HCG only cycle?

WOW.... First off. hCG does not aromatize into E2. Secondly, AI's do block the enzyme that turns Test into E2.
  10. What can I expect physically? (pictures included)

OP...I would have suggest that you first get a full hormone panel... (LH, FSH, DHT,E2, FT, TT, SHBG, DHEAs, etc.) Has Klinefelter Syndrome been considered?
  11. 22 yr old Low T Potential Thyroid trouble

1,25 OH DiHydroxy is the Active form of D3. 25 Hydroxy is the storage form of D3. I suspect that if you blood test for both Hydroxy and DiHydoxy you are going to have a HIGH out of range result on at least one of them. You need your Vitamin(really a human hormone) D3 in a proper range. TOO...

  13. 22 yr old Low T Potential Thyroid trouble

OP .... relax. Get the blood tests, in two weeks, and wait for the results. I would love to see them posted. If relaxing can improve your test results, that is big/important information for you to have. What if your hormone levels are a result of anxiety/depression/stress???
  14. 22 yr old Low T Potential Thyroid trouble

All your lab readings, would be consistent with opiate use. After blood work, I would expect your Dr. to try a CLOMID challenge, to see if you can produce Test.
  15. 22 yr old Low T Potential Thyroid trouble

Blood test DHEAs, TT4, TT3, FT3, FT4, the 2 thyroid antibodies, E2, D3 (25,Hydroxy), B12, DHT Your SHBG is high, but something else is keeping your TT and LH low. Over exercising can lower your LH and TT. Do you eat SOY, Ginseng, or other PhytoEstrogens?? What vitamins do you take? After you...
  16. Total testosterone of 290 at 21 years old. Options?

damage007, best, most helpful reply ever. kudos. (add DHEAs)
  17. High SHGB what can I do?

That SHBG is keeping your TT levels up were they are presently( even if you don't think your TT is good enough). I found that 1/4 of a 2.5mg prescription Anavar ED, dropped my SHBG from the 60 - 80 range, down to the 30's. Here is the problem, my TT drops "in lock step" as the SHBG drops, and...
  18. To high progesterone

  19. CLOMID or NOLVA to increase LH? And how much?

Everybody keeps posting about a CLOMID Challenge. What about using NOLVA? I'm not on TRT. I'm neither Primary or Secondary HypoGonadal. I had high SHBG(70 ish), and by using .625mg Anavar (ED) I have lowered my SHBG to 30. Great, right, well my TT dropped from 800-900, to 400 and my FT...
