    The HC could be lowering your DHEAs levels. Cabergoline or Pramipexole (REAL LOW DOSE) could lower Prolactin. Pushing your E2 lower with an AI does not seem useful because your LH is already at top of range. Have you considered a DX of MAIS (Mild Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome)?

    IF I were your MD, and you have high prolactin, I would want to know why. (high prolactin is not good thing) And if it was appropriate, you would be put a CABER to control it, until it was treated and your pituitary was healed.

    The reason you sublingual twice as much as you inject, is, about half as much HCG gets into your blood stream, when you sublingual it. Any that you swallow is destroyed.
