    In on this! I’m basically in the exact same situation with my bicep tendon surgical repair and did my first shot of BPC yesterday. Not sure if it’s best but I did sub q on the back of the arm up above the afflicted elbow.

    From what I’ve seen, I thought ALpha Y was supposed to have all the benefits of Hcl with lesser sides. I know a smaller dosage is also used for AY.

    No MRI scan yet, I see the orthopedic surgeon on Monday and his office advised me to wait on the MRI until he sees me first. Then told me that he’ll want an MRI stat if he decides I need one of course. This all helps when I live in the middle of nowhere and have to drive 2 1/2 hours to the ortho.
