I've actually heard the trap bar can be quite technical and for some harder to complete the rep correctly than conventional deads.
Obviously this doesn't apply to you wrenchy just thought I'd throw this out to stir up some convo
Good idea I think simon. I was thinking about doing the same but the idea of hauling them to the gym doesn't sound fun lol. I'm just using the reverse band technique which breezy suggested.
So so true!
Good to hear. How many bottles do you have HP? Are you going to stay at 2 caps daily?
strong session as usual HP.
Thought I subbed to this but either way I'm here now.
Carry on
Just an update. Killing it in the gym still and in the office. Real estate is kick ass but very time consuming to say tge least. This is my third week of the new gig and I'm finally starting to get into a routine. so I'll be more involved on here now.
As far as gym goes I'm in my first...
Definitely agree as well. Meadows rows have become my favorite back exercise by far.
Nice work Simon I'm glad your back is holding up. What program are you leaning towards next?
Correct bud. I just started a new career so I put my log on the back burner as I'm struggling just to uphold my rep duties currently. Once I get acclimated I'll continue mine.
