    That depends on your diet. Fat makes you fat is kind of old school. Insulin makes fat and carbohydrates release insulin primarily, so depending on your diet, egg yolks could be a concern, but then again so could the whites if the diet is off.

    Exactly and to take it a step further there is actually good and bad LDL particles. You can have high LDL and still not be at risk if they are the fluffy kind. LDL actually does good things in the body when not oxidized.
