I did 4 today on an empty stomach first thing. Two right away and then two more about 20 minutes later. I would just recommend TONS of water with this. Did help curb my appetite since I'm doing IF. Was a little hungry, but the water kept helping.- Aaron.Cole

Gotcha. The phrasing just seemed like "People think it works because it works" which to me is similar to saying "People think vegetables are healthy because they're healthy".
