I still use P90X on occasion. Did the first round with my dad and it really helped him get on track and excited about nutrition. Plyometrics is my favorite cardio ever.

This. You can have the best product in the world, but no one would know if your marketing sucks or brand label is junk.
On the reverse, you can have overhyped products (e.g., MuscleTech) but they really got there because their marketing was really, really solid.
Last week, I got a deep tissue massage in my back, traps, arms, and chest. Felt awesome. Next day, I felt loads stronger and even went up a couple of maxes.
